2. Intellectual Property - The "Seed" Protection

All content on this site, including the "Sprout Sage" characters, "Lazy River Breathing" techniques, games, workbooks, and logos, is the property of Seeded Soul.

No Reselling: You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or use our materials for commercial purposes without express written permission. Let’s keep the energy fair!

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

While Seeded Soul Sprouts is designed for children, all purchases must be made by an adult (18+). By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory (18 in Quebec).

4. Payments and Digital Goods

Pricing: All prices are in [CAD/USD] unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Digital Nature: As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales of digital downloads are final once the file has been delivered.
Physical Goods: Once our physical product lines (such as Plushies) launch, specific shipping and handling terms will apply.

5. User Conduct

We aim to create a supportive, "heart-centered" environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel coaching subscriptions if a user engages in behavior that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to the Seeded Soul community.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in Quebec, Seeded Soul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to access our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.
