Refund & Return Policy

At Seeded Soul, we pour a lot of heart into our digital tools, workbooks, and zines. Because our products are delivered instantly via digital download, we have a specific policy regarding refunds.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (including PDFs, workbooks, games, and zines), all sales are final. Unlike a physical book, a digital file cannot be "returned" once it has been accessed. Because you receive the full value of the product the moment you download it, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Digital Workbooks & PDFs

• Zines & Digital Games

• Recorded Workshops or Videos

Technical Troubleshooting

While we don't offer refunds for "change of heart" purchases, we want to make sure you can actually use the tools you've bought. If you encounter any of the following, please reach out so we can fix it:

• Broken Links: If your download link doesn't work.

• Corrupted Files: If the file won't open or looks incorrect.

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally bought the same item twice.

If you have a technical issue, email us at info@seededsoulrising.com and we’ll get it sorted within 2 business days.

Coaching & Services

Note: If you offer 1-on-1 coaching or live sessions: Refunds for coaching sessions are handled differently. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or a rescheduled slot. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
