What it is The Extreme Enlightenment Games™ is a playful, 27-page printable game-book of spiritually irresponsible invitations to engage with your inner mystery. It’s designed for the spiritually burnt out, emotionally spicy, or people who just like weird books with gold stars. You can play solo, with a partner, or in a group, no talent or discipline required.

How it Works The guide features ten poorly named events that feel vaguely sacred and suspiciously like improv therapy. Each "event" is a ridiculous invitation disguised as a practice:

  • The Silent Retreat Sprint: Outrun your thoughts for three whole seconds.

  • Radical Non-Attachment Limbo: Pass under a bar set just below your sense of self-importance.

  • The Letting Go Toss: Practice targeted release with questionable aim.

  • The Surrender Obstacle Course: Navigate a blanket fort or unresolved memory while blindfolded with expectations.

  • Tantric Hula Hooping: Emotional dizziness through circular devotion.

Inside the Book

  • 10 Spiritually Dubious Events: Ranging from the Mantra Marathon to the Discomfort Disco.

  • Sticker Vault of Questionable Achievement: 11 earned badges of interpretive glory to affix to your record.

  • Unhelpful Affirmations: A compilation of sacredly unstable thoughts to say out loud (or not).

  • Endgame Rituals: The "Circle of No-Trophies" to acknowledge winning absolutely everything and also nothing.

  • Certificate of Completion: To certify you as gloriously human and perfectly incomplete.
